The menu shifts daily to the availability of the produce and the day’s catch. Helmed by Executive Chef Michael Shaheen, Sardine continues to provide the best quality of creative dishes. Among the favorites from their lunch menu are the appetizer of Banyuwangi scallops and the Jimbaran-styled grilled whole fish. As for the dinner menu, do not miss the grilled beef marinated in lemongrass and Asian gerbs, as well as the grilled lobster with their special Balinese spices. For a sweet ending, opt for the mini dessert tasting plate consisting of a warm raspberry chocolate fondant, Piedmontese hot chocolate, and tropical fruit trifle with lemon mascarpone.
