Highlighted in the menu, “Pickles, Cheese, and Cured Meats” is Mason’s signature. House specialty wagyu beef pastrami is peppery and has a melt-in-your-mouth texture. Heading the kitchen at Mason is chef Benjamin Cross, a long time veteran of the island. Ben brings his known for his amazing flavors and simple food done extraordinarily well.
