SET IN A LARGE warehouse space with high ceilings, Barbacoa is dedicated to barbecue, wood fire, charcoal, and smokey flavors. Upon entering the restaurant through a wooden arch double door, guests are welcomed to a unique and warm space. Its interior is rustic, featuring red brick decorated walls and mosaic tiled floors with vintage leather banquettes. The restaurant has both indoor and outdoor spaces, with a divine views of rice paddy fields. The food at Barbacoa is Latin American with a twist. Barbacoa presents asado-style atmosphere with a combined fire methods that are influenced by Latin American tastes to create rustic local dishes. Asado or barbecue is the simple style of grilling
with perfectly matched sides and sauces. The team of chefs at Barbacoa use the best produce available in Bali to create tasty unpretentious food, which consists of old and new techniques.
