Inspired from New Orleans is Union’s Sazerac classic cocktail, a fusion of cognac or rye whiskey, absinthe and peychaud’s bitters. Then there is the Zombie, a mixture of rum, angostura bitters, grenadine, homemade pimento dram, orange curacao, passion fruit puree, lemon and lime juice.
