A Plethora of fine Cuisine

THE AWARD-WINNING signature restaurant of Pullman Jakarta on Jalan Thamrin features four buffets and cooking stations that showcase European and Asian cuisines. The dining venue is famous for its international buffet, and the restaurant has a variety of theatre kitchens, lively gourmet stations, and a roast and carving corner. Sana Sini is open every day to serve patrons from breakfast, lunch, dinner, and Sunday brunch. Appetizers are served fresh, such as the caesar salad, chef’s special burrata mozzarella, antipasto platter, gado-gado, urap campur, assorted dim sum, and sushi and sashimi. Aside from the Asian and European dishes, Indonesian dishes
are also explored in the four choices of Buntut (oxtail): braised, fried, grilled, and balado, served with potato, carrot and tomato, with a steamed rice. Their Nasi Goreng Kampoeng (traditional fried rice) can also be upgraded with Australian wagyu beef or foie gras or buntut. The chef’s recommendation from the Western menu is the charcoal grilled Australian wagyu beef rib eye served with house cut thick fries, roast garlic, and mustard jus; and Pan seared red snapper with marinated peppers, parsley, quinoa salad, and lemon dressing. Sana Sini has a gluten free passion fruit pavlova. This crispy baked meringue is served with whipped cream, tropical fruits, and coulis.
