The restaurant also entices patrons with its selection of chilly sambals, ranging from the basic sambal ijo/merah, sambal ati ayam, sambal jengkol, sambal teri/tempe ijo, sambal terong ikan gabus, and sambal telur puyuh. Padang Merdeka is open from 10am to 10pm, today with eight outlets that can be found in Kota Tua, Pluit, SCBD, Harmoni, Tebet, Mall Kelapa Gading 1, Sunter and Bekasi.
